The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries.Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer invoices for accounts payable and accounts receivable.• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed correctly and timely.• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.• Manage data entry tasks into specific software.• Utilize QuickBooks for entering invoices and other tasks.• Regularly use Microsoft Excel for various tasks.• Handle high-volume invoicing tasks.• Resolve any customer credit inquiries in a professional and timely manner.• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions for delinquent payments.• Perform other duties such as making copies and filing documents as required.
